Of the many joys that Rick (Dad) has experienced as a father, one of the greatest has been the privilege of communicating, in a transparent, day-by-day fashion, with each of his sons -- (and, of course, Mary-Elizabeth!)

In addition to being teammates on the same softball club, Rick and the guys work, pray, plan, and play together on an ongoing, everyday basis, as they run the family businesses, maintain the FamTeam website, lay groundwork for the annual Softball Classic, et cetera.

In an effort to hold their discussions in a relaxed and natural setting, Rick and his older sons often carry out what might be described as "meetings on wheels," as they blend a drive through the countryside or along city streets with a key conversation or "creative meeting."

In an attempt to welcome FamTeam visitors into some of these discussions, a decision was made in January of 2008 to launch this, the Men's Meeting section of the website.

Note: A 15-minute introductory video clip has been placed into this new department; one that is available to all website visitors. Additional Men's Meeting footage has been housed in the archives of this section, where it is available to Family Room members.
