To tune in using Windows Media Player, do the following:

Go to File -> "Open URL..."

 

Copy and paste http://206.80.74.135:8080/ and click "OK."

That's it!  You should be connected.  If you cannot get connected, make sure that you have the latest version of Windows Media Player (Version 9 or later), and also check to see if you have a firewall blocking any traffic.
