    Dad and the boys work with their computers as part of the family business, and are usually able to respond to incoming e-mails within a relatively brief time.

    Mom, of course, is busy carrying out her many duties around the house, and although she reads every e-mail, she cannot respond as swiftly to them as the men of the family can to theirs.

    If you desire a swift response, e-mail Dad or one of the boys.  If you do not mind waiting a bit longer for an answer, feel free to e-mail Mom!
